(207) Ăn sushi trên người mẫu khỏa thân

Miami restaurant Kung Fu Kitchen & Sushi is now offering a special where you can eat sushi off a naked human, if that’s what happens to float your boat. But be prepared to pay up: it will cost you and 15 of your friends about $500 to enjoy sashimi and sushi rolls off the nude body of a nubile Miami beach model. “Naked sushi” was banned in China in 2005, but apparently the state of Florida is ok with Kung Fu Kitchen’s new special, just as long as the restaurant follows all health codes.

Kung Fu Kitchen & Sushi is taking lots of precautions to make sure no bare skin touches any food: the models (you can choose a male or a female) will have banana leaves on their sensitive areas, both for modesty and for highly necessary sanitary reasons. The models will also apparently talk, if you want them to? I’m picturing really awkward conversations consisting of “Um, that’s my nipple!” and “A little to the left.” The poor model in this news segment (of course, a woman) stays incredibly still as the chef squirts spicy wasabi on her breast; that can’t be comfortable. The super classy and enterprising owner of the restaurant, Nathan Lieberman, says: “It’s mostly for groups, parties, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, birthday parties. You call in advance or pop in and hopefully we have someone that wants to take their clothes off and lie on a table.”

Did you hear that? Hopefully, they have someone! I’m hopeful that someone gets a large cut of the $500 price tag. I mean, are these human plates employees of the restaurant? Or do they get a call saying “We need a body,” rush over, and strip down? Either way, these people deserve generous, generous tips. Miami Restaurant Serves Up Sushi, Sashimi on Naked Models

Servers at Kung Fu Kitchen & Sushi learned that lesson the hard way when they started offering patrons sushi served on naked men and women to the tune of $500  per “human platter” last month. They’ve had three naked sushi parties in all.
“There’s a lot of things you don’t think about when it comes to naked sushi,” restaurant owner Nathan Lieberman told ABCNews.com. “Now, we put plastic over the nipples, like Saran, and then we cover the nipples in wasabi. Lieberman said naked sushi was the brainchild of Chef Glenn Lopez, who works in the kitchen. Lieberman figured the Japanese have been dining off naked bodies for “thousands of years” and wanted to give his patrons “the royal treatment” for Miami Spice, the city’s restaurant month, he said. Initially, Lieberman said he was going to hire models from a modeling agency, but his servers begged him for the job. “I have a very good-looking staff,” he said. “They said, ‘We want the money, and we like to be naked.’” When a bachelorette party requested a male model, they used one of their sushi chefs, “a real stud,” Lieberman said. The pre-booked naked sushi event serves about 10 people and includes sake and the occasional conversation tidbit from the person under the sushi.
Lizandra DeLeon, 34, had his bachelor party two weeks ago at Kung Fu Kitchen & Sushi – complete with naked sushi.
“The funny thing is this is the only thing I’m really open about what happened at my bachelor party,” he said, laughing.
He said he and his friends sat down in an outdoor part of the restaurant (there was a swingers’ party going on indoors), and they were a little anxious as they stared at the then empty table.
Their human plate, Chloe, came out in a robe, and they watched with the rest of the outdoor patrons as a chef decorated her with sushi pieces. DeLeon said only he was allowed to take a piece of sushi off her body; the manager handed everyone else individual rolls.
“It was an amazing experience,” he said.
All right, all right. But doesn’t this violate some sort of health or restaurant code?
Not really, state officials say.
“Generally speaking, as long as the restaurant is adhering to FDA rules regarding no bare skin contact, it should be in compliance,” said Sandi Poreda, a spokeswoman for Florida’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
According to that code, employees need to wash their hands and should minimize bare skin contact with food when it is not in ready-to-eat form.
Liberman said the servers scrub the model beforehand as if they’re “surgeons.” They then cover the model’s private parts with banana leaves before strategically placing nigiri on her stomach and sushi rolls on plates that bridge over her legs.
“Sashimi is usually around the breast area because it sits nicely,” he said.
Kung Fu’s most recent restaurant inspection occurred in May and included seven critical violations – one of them being a lack of soap for hand-washing.
On the bright side, we’re pretty sure the restaurant was more  interested in putting sushi on other body parts.

6/8/2012,- Nathan Lieberman, chủ nhà hàng Kung Fu Kitchen và Sushi, thuộc khách sạn và câu lạc bộ bãi biển Catalina, Miami, Mỹ, cho biết ý tưởng ăn sushi trên người mẫu khỏa thân là từ đầu bếp Glenn Lopez của nhà hàng. Và đây là lần thứ 4 nhà hàng tổ chức lễ hội sushi khỏa thân như thế này.

Theo ông Lieberman thì truyền thống ăn sushi trên cơ thể mẫu nude của người Nhật Bản đã tồn tại cả "ngàn năm nay", vì thế ông muốn được mang lại "cách phục vụ kiểu hoàng gia" cho những thực khách của mình vào tháng nhà hàng ở Miami, Miami Spice.

Lieberman ban đầu cho biết ông dự định thuê người mẫu, tuy nhiên các nhân viên trong nhà hàng ông đã đề nghị ông được đảm nhận vai trò này.

"Các nhân viên của tôi có ngoại hình xinh đẹp", ABC News dẫn lời ông chủ này nói. "Họ nói rằng họ muốn có tiền và muốn được khỏa thân".

Thông thường các bữa tiệc sushi khỏa thân sẽ được tổ chức cho khoảng 10 thực khách. Trong quá trình thưởng thức, những người mẫu nude cũng sẽ cùng uống rượu sa kê và trò chuyện với các vị khách lấy thức ăn từ trên cơ thể họ.

Ông Liberman cho biết trước khi bữa tiệc bắt đầu, các nhân viên phục vụ của nhà hàng sẽ lau sạch, tẩy trùng những vị trí mà thức ăn sẽ được để lên trên cơ thể mẫu nude. Sau đó che những phần nhạy cảm bằng lá chuối trước khi đặt sushi lên.

"Chúng tôi thường xếp các miếng sashimi xung quanh bầu ngực của người mẫu vì như thế trông đẹp mắt hơn", ông nói.

Một cuộc kiểm tra vệ sinh thực phẩm vừa tiến hành tại nhà hàng Kung Fu hồi tháng 5 đã phát hiện ra bảy sai phạm, trong đó có tình trạng nhà hàng không chuẩn bị xà bông rửa tay cho thực khách khi ăn.
